Acne scars & post-acne texture
Acne can leave indented scars, uneven texture and marks long after the breakouts have settled. Scars come in different shapes and depths, which is why a plan usually combines more than one approach.
Why it happens
Inflammation during breakouts can damage collagen, leaving rolling, boxcar or ice-pick scars, as well as red or brown marks that are separate from true scarring.
How Dr. Momena may approach it
Dr. Momena may suggest a course of RF microneedling (with exosomes where suitable), microneedling or PICO laser, sometimes combined with regenerative skin boosters. Active acne is assessed first, as it is managed before scar treatment.
Every face is different — not every patient needs the same treatment, and sometimes no treatment is the right advice.

Questions, answered
Which treatment is right for me?
That depends on the cause, your skin and your goals. Dr. Momena assesses you at consultation and explains the options honestly — sometimes the advice is that no treatment is needed.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. New patients start with a 30-minute consultation with Dr. Momena and leave with a personal plan and exact prices, with no obligation to book.
When will I see results?
It varies by treatment: some show within days, others develop gradually over weeks or a course of sessions. Individual results vary.
