Privacy notice

We collect your name, mobile number, email and booking details to manage your appointments. Medical information is recorded only by clinical staff during your visit and is stored separately from marketing data, with access limited to your treating doctor.

Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent only on the channels you choose. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting the clinic.

We never share medical information with advertising platforms. We keep records for the period required by UAE health regulations and protect them with encryption and access logging.
